1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any application within the Magic Stream Elite ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. The Magic Stream Ecosystem

Welcome to MAdmin - Reseller Portal and the Magic Stream King client applications. Our infrastructure is a high-performance environment engineered and maintained by Jagrit H.K. (Shayan Chaturvedi).

3. Video Infrastructure & SDK Usage

To provide a superior streaming experience, Magic Stream utilizes custom-engineered integrations of industry-standard video communication technology:

• Zoom Video SDK: Our application integrates the Zoom Video SDK for secure, low-latency transmission.
• Custom View Rendering: For optimized visibility and performance, we utilize Custom Video Views instead of standard UI components. This allows for a tailored, high-performance visual layer that reduces hardware overhead.
• Network Optimization: By using these custom views, we ensure the best possible frame rate and clarity across different device tiers, minimizing buffering and visual tearing.

4. Reseller Obligations & Conduct

To maintain node integrity and network health, all authorized resellers and administrative users must strictly adhere to the following guidelines:

• Credential Security: You are the sole custodian of your administrative keys. Sharing, selling, or leaking dashboard credentials will result in immediate termination.
• System Integrity: Engaging in "man-in-the-middle" attacks, reverse engineering, or unauthorized probing of our custom rendering engines is strictly forbidden.
• Platform Compliance: Usage on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store versions must comply with the respective store's terms of service in addition to these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, design elements, custom rendering algorithms, and branding related to the Magic Stream Elite ecosystem remain the exclusive intellectual property of Jagrit H.K. (Shayan Chaturvedi). You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the applications for their intended purposes.

6. Service Level & Uptime

Magic Stream targets a 99.9% network uptime. However, to maintain high standards, we reserve the right to perform:

• Node Optimization: Regular updates and restarts to the custom rendering engine to support newer OS versions and patch security vulnerabilities.
• Bandwidth Management: Dynamic adjustment of stream quality and user routing to prevent network congestion during peak operational hours.

7. Privacy & Data Intelligence

We respect user privacy while maintaining strict operational security:

• Visual Data: Video streams processed via the integrated SDK are encrypted and rendered solely via our custom view logic for privacy and peak performance.
• Device Telemetry: We collect necessary hardware specifications (OS version, GPU capabilities) to ensure the custom video renderer is dynamically optimized for your specific device.
• Zero-Sale Policy: Your operational data, reseller metrics, and stream logs are strictly internal. We have a strict policy against selling data to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Magic Stream Elite, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Magic Stream ecosystem at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
