Magic Stream Elite ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Jagrit H.K. (Shayan Chaturvedi), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our applications: MAdmin – Reseller Portal and Magic Stream King.

By using any application in the Magic Stream Elite ecosystem, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the applications.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to operate and improve our services:

Account Information: Username, email address, and credentials used to access reseller dashboards or client applications.
Device & Hardware Telemetry: Operating system version, device model, GPU capabilities, and screen resolution. This data is used solely to optimize our custom video renderer for your specific device.
Usage Data: Stream session duration, connection quality metrics, and feature interaction logs to improve network performance and user experience.
Reseller Metrics: Administrative actions, node management activity, and operational statistics within the MAdmin portal.
Network Information: IP address and connection type, used for routing optimization and security monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used strictly to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Magic Stream Elite services.
Dynamically optimize the custom video rendering engine for your device's hardware profile.
Monitor and maintain network uptime, performance, and security.
Authenticate users and protect against unauthorized access.
Communicate service updates, scheduled maintenance, or critical security notices.
Investigate and resolve technical issues or policy violations.

4. Video & Stream Data

Your stream data is private by design.

Video streams processed through our integrated Zoom Video SDK are encrypted end-to-end and rendered exclusively via our custom view logic. Stream content is never stored, recorded, or analyzed beyond what is required for real-time delivery and quality optimization.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We maintain a strict Zero-Sale Policy: we do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data or operational metrics to any third party for commercial purposes.

We may share limited data only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: Third-party infrastructure partners (e.g., cloud hosting, CDN) who assist in operating our platform, bound by confidentiality obligations.
Zoom Video SDK: As part of our streaming infrastructure, certain session-level data is processed by the Zoom Video SDK in accordance with Zoom's Privacy Policy.
Legal Requirements: If required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically:

Account data is retained for the duration of your active account and deleted within 30 days of account termination upon request.
Session and telemetry logs are retained for up to 90 days for performance analysis and then permanently deleted.
Reseller operational records may be retained for up to 12 months for billing and dispute resolution purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

Encrypted transmission of all data between clients and our servers (TLS/SSL).
Secure credential hashing and storage; plain-text passwords are never stored.
Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only.
Regular security audits of our infrastructure and rendering engine.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage users to safeguard their own credentials and report any suspected security issues to our team immediately.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Your Rights & Account Deletion

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to legal obligations.
Objection: Object to certain types of data processing.

🗑️ Request Account & Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data, please use our Customer Support page and select "Account Deletion Request" as the request type. Once verified, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

What gets deleted: Account credentials, usage history, device telemetry, and any stored reseller metrics linked to your account.
What may be retained: Transaction records required by law (up to 12 months) and anonymized aggregate statistics that cannot identify you.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via the app or our official Telegram support channel. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
